Visual arts students at Olmsted Falls High School received honors in various competitions this year including Scholastic Art & Writing Awards, Governor’s Youth Art Exhibition and PTA Reflections. Some students earned multiple honors! Please read on to learn about the accomplsihments of our talented artists.
Scholastic Art & Writing Awards
This year, 300,000 works were submitted to regional programs of the Scholastic Art & Writing Awards. 17,000 Gold Key works qualified for national judging.

*** Out of the 17,000 Gold Key works that qualified for national judging Only 2,250 National Medals were awarded. We have our 2nd National Award Winner!!!!! In 2013 Teresa Wang won this award and this year EMILIO IRIZARRY has won a Gold Medal for his piece, Car Door. His work will be on display in New York!
