Presented by
OFCS Guidance Department

Student wellness and mental health are very important during this period of extended time out of school and away from familiar routines.  Our OFCS Guidance Department has gathered together some resources to help address stress that students and families may be experiencing regarding the change in schedule/routine, about the virus, about health and safety, or about missing important time in work/school or other activities.

Below you will find a few resources to help cope with these stressors and to help parents/caregivers communicate with their child(ren) about the coronavirus, and help them adjust to this temporary "new normal."  In addition to these resources, our OFCS Guidance Department has provided contact information for all department members by building, as well as important crisis support numbers should any of our students/families need assistance or added support.
