In an effort to comply with Asbestos Hazard Emergency Response Act (AHERA), Ohio Occupational Safety and Health Act (OSHA), the Asbestos Abatement Contractors Licensing Act, and the Ohio Public Employment Risk Reduction Act (PERRA), the Olmsted Falls Schools recognizes the responsibility to maintain a program of periodic surveillance and inspection of facilities containing asbestos.  To that end, Olmsted Falls Board of Education provides a "Notification of Progress of Asbestos related Activities" report for review in all District buildings.  For questions, please contact Tim Atkinson, Director of Business Affairs, at 427-6000.
