Kelly Walker was elected to the Olmsted Falls Board of Education in November 2021 and officially sworn in on January 13, 2022. She holds a Bachelor of Business Administration in Accounting from Kent State University. Mrs. Walker is a retired certified public accountant. She is also a former member of the Olmsted Township Zoning Commission, on which she served for 3 ½ years. Mrs. Walker is an active member of the Olmsted community volunteering with the Olmsted Falls PTA Council as well as multiple building PTA units over the years. She also volunteers with the Olmsted Falls Athletic Boosters. Mrs. Walker has previously served as treasurer of the Pride In Olmsted Schools Committee and has played an integral volunteer role in multiple levy and bond issue campaigns.  She has been recognized with the PTA Volunteer of the Year Award as well as the OFEA Friends in Education Award.  Mrs. Walker and her husband, Chuck, have lived in the community for more than 16 years and have two children - one graduate of Olmsted Falls High School and one currently enrolled in Olmsted Falls Schools.
