NOTICE OF VACANCY ON THE BOARD OF EDUCATION
OF THE OLMSTED FALLS CITY SCHOOL DISTRICT
On October 1, 2020, a vacancy was created on the Olmsted Falls City Schools Board of Education when a Board member resigned. The board must name a replacement within 30 days of the resignation. Pursuant to Board Policy 0145, the Board is seeking qualified and interested candidates to consider filling this vacancy. The newly appointed board member will serve the remainder of the unexpired board seat until December 31, 2021. If the newly appointed member desires to continue serving, he or she must run in the November 2021 general election. Any interested person must submit an application setting forth their qualifications for the position. The application can be found on the Olmsted Falls City Schools website at www.ofcs.net. Applications should be submitted to Board President Holly Neumann at 26937 Bagley Road, Olmsted Falls, Ohio 44138 or via email at email@example.com no later than October, 13, 2020. Candidate interviews will be conducted between October 15-20, 2020. Eligibility requirements include: being a U.S citizen; being at least 18 years of age; being a resident of the Olmsted Falls City School District and being registered to vote in the Olmsted Falls City School District.
