If Issue 29 is unsuccessful on March 17, the district will make $1.7 million in reductions. (This amount is in addition to the $3.6 million in budget cuts made this year in order to reduce the March levy request.) It will impact all grade levels, all buildings and the Triple A Experience - including the following reductions in transportation services beginning in August 2020:
- Cancellation of ALL high school busing (for both public and non-public students)
- Reduction of busing for kindergarten through 8th grade students (both public and non-public) to state minimum requirements outside 2-mile cut-off only.
- Alternate Transportation Request service will be eliminated.
