ANNUAL STUDENT INFORMATION UPDATES REQUIRED BY AUGUST 20
INFORMATION MUST BE UPDATED & SUBMITTED ONLINE BEFORE FIRST DAY OF SCHOOL
Olmsted Falls School District will continue to use an online portal for parents to verify annual required contact information on file for their child(ren) and submit all required start-of-the-year forms electronically (Emergency Medical Authorization, Acceptable Technology Use Policy, Permission to Photograph, etc.)
An email communication to announce the opening of the 2025-2026 registration portal including step-by-step instructions will be sent to all currently enrolled families in August.
ALL student information updates and forms for the 2025-2026 school year MUST BE COMPLETED ONLINE BY WEDNESDAY, AUGUST 20.
The Annual Online New School Year Student Registration portal (formerly called Returning Student Registration) is accessible to parents of returning students through your existing PowerSchool parent account. To update information for your student(s):
• Go to https://ps-of.metasolutions.net/public to log in to your existing PowerSchool parent account.
• Then click the 2025-2026 registration link located on the left side of the page to review, update and submit your child(ren)’s information.
Please note that information must be updated and submitted separately for each student in your household. (NOTE: The Annual Online New School Year Student Registration link is NOT available through PowerSchool Student Accounts.)

If your student no longer attends Olmsted Falls City Schools, please let the school building that they last attended know that you should no longer be getting notifications.
PLEASE NOTE: Olmsted Falls City School District no longer uses paper forms. Any parents or guardians needing access to a computer or assistance with the annual online registration process are encouraged to contact your child’s school building for assistance. We are here to help!
