The Human Resources department for Olmsted Falls City Schools oversees all aspects of staff support and resources.  These responsibilities begin with recruiting and hiring, and continue with all employee-related topics for the duration of employment.  In collaboration with administrative and employee organization leadership, the Human Resources department strives to meet all employees' unique needs within the workplace.  

The department is lead by OFCS Chief Operating Officer Dr. Brian Zeller and is supported by Fiscal and Human Resource Specialist Mrs. Kelly Mendeluk, Compensation and Benefits Specialist Miss Molli Machovina, and Administrative Assistant to the Superintendent Mrs. Debra Tracy.
