NEW STADIUM SCOREBOARD RESULT OF NEW CORPORATE PARTNERSHIPS

Olmsted Falls City School District is excited to announce the successful launch of a new digital marketing initiative that includes a new scoreboard in the stadium, a large video board in the high school’s main gym and video displays in and outside the high school auditorium. This new equipment makes possible the creation of a new alternative revenue stream for the school district and a new way to connect and partner with regional businesses and organizations.

Leading the way as Gold Level Corporate Sponsors are First Federal of Lakewood, Ganley Westside Imports Subaru, Ryco Sports and Southwest General. The Olmsted Falls School District is sincerely grateful to each of our new Gold Sponsors and looks forward to publicly thanking them at the final home game of the season on Friday, October 19th. Each Gold Sponsor is featured on the new scoreboard with permanent signage and also featured in other promotional opportunities.

The new stadium scoreboard was installed just ahead of the September 28th varsity home game and had a successful trial run that evening. We look forward to seeing it in operation again at the Homecoming game against Midview this Friday night, October 12th, and at the final regular season home game on Friday, October 19th. Thank you again to our inaugural Gold Sponsors for making this new initiative become a reality so quickly!

There are additional digital marketing opportunities for sponsorships at the Blue and White levels. Olmsted Falls City School District looks forward to continuing to grow this new initiative which is a win-win for our students and our sponsorship partners. OFCS joins a growing number of school systems pursuing outside-the-box programs to generate new revenue streams. Once fully implemented, the new digital marketing program will generate additional financial resources that can be spread across programs that represent the district’s core business of academics, arts and athletics.

Anyone interested in learning more about the district’s new digital marketing initiative is encouraged to contact Olmsted Falls Superintendent Dr. Jim Lloyd at 440.427.6000 or by email at jlloyd@ofcs.net.
