The Human Resources department for Olmsted Falls City Schools oversees all aspects of staff support and resources.  These responsibilities begin with recruiting and hiring and continue with all employee related topics during the life of employment.  In collaboration with administrative and employee organization leadership, the Human Resources department strives to meet all employees' unique needs within the workplace.  

The department is lead by Mr. Brian Zeller and is supported by Mrs. Debra Tracy, Administrative Assistant to the Superintendent and Miss Molli Machovina, Compensation and Benefits Specialist.
Mr. Brian Zeller - Chief Operating Officer
Mr. Zeller transitioned to the position of Chief Operating Officer at the start of the 2022-2023 school year.  Mr. Zeller joins Olmsted Falls City Schools after serving as a high school and middle school principal in Fremont and Vermilion schools.  

Prior to administration, Mr. Zeller worked as a social studies teacher, athletic director and coach at Bear Creek Community Charter School in Wilkes-Barre, PA.  He also has experience working with adjudicated youth in a residential treatment facility.  

He holds a Masters degree in Special Education from Marywood University in Scranton, PA.  He earned his principal and superintendent license through Ashland University.   

Miss Molli Machovina – Compensation and Benefits Specialist

Miss Machovina graduated from Ashland University in 2008 with a degree in Education, specializing in Language Arts and Social Studies. Molli is also a graduate of Elyria Catholic High School. Prior to obtaining her position with Olmsted Falls, Miss Machovina served as a Fiscal Specialist for Avon Local Schools where she developed an appreciation for the fiscal side of education. Aside from her time in Avon, Molli brings experience to her role after working for the City of Elyria, and as a teacher and tutor at St. Mary School and Elyria Catholic High School.

Mrs. Debra Tracy - Administrative Assistant to the Superintendent, COO & Treasurer

Mrs. Tracy has been with the Olmsted Falls City Schools since 2010.  She has two children, Sean and Alyssa, that graduated from Olmsted Falls High School.  She has over 30 years of hands-on experience in office support roles. She is customer service-oriented, organized, and resourceful with the demonstrated ability to adapt to new situations.  A proven team player who is attentive to details and produces high quality results.
